1. Online Courses

All digital content, including the Chapter-By-Chapter | A Concise Memoir Framework online course, is final sale. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Book Coaching Services

Prepaid book coaching sessions may be refunded for unused sessions only if either the client or Brenda Smit-James cannot complete the package. Refunds will be issued minus a $100 administration fee.

3. Exceptions

• Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.
• Bonuses, special offers, and discounted packages are final sale.

4. Refund Method & Currency

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
• All purchases and refunds are in USD.

5. How to Request a Refund
