My Book: When God Says No
What do you do when profound grief invades your life? I asked myself that question countless times after the untimely death of my mother. I questioned God and His goodness. I wondered if Jesus was even worth following. My pain was unspeakable, and the journey ahead unwelcomed.
In When God Says No, I share that journey. It's not just the story of how I lost my mother. It's the timeless story of when we engage the darkness of grief— and don't merely endure it—then God can bring healing and restoration in ways we never expect.
Writing my story was my lifeline—my tool to process my pain and, ultimately, find a way back into the light. My hope is that by telling my journey, I can show you that your own grief can be engaged, not just endured—and that God can do more with it than you would ever expect.

How My Story Became My Purpose
Born and raised in South Africa, I was an English teacher before moving to Vancouver, Canada, where I worked in accounting. At the time, writing was just a hobby. But after I lost my mother, it became so much more. It became my tool for healing, and now, it is my life's purpose.
Through my courses and my coaching, my greatest joy is to help others find their voice, capture their stories, and discover the healing that comes from putting their lives on the page.
